General Refund Guidelines

Refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the individual cruise line associated with your booking. As an intermediary travel service provider, Luxury Cruise Trips adheres to the cancellation and refund guidelines issued by these providers.

We highly encourage all customers to review the cruise line’s cancellation policies at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Customer

  1. Before Final Payment

If you cancel your booking before the final payment is due, your deposit may be refundable or partially refundable depending on the cruise line’s terms.

  1. After Final Payment

Cancellations made after the final payment date may be subject to partial or full penalties. Refund amounts (if any) will vary based on the cruise line’s cancellation schedule.

  1. No-Show or Late Arrival

If you fail to appear at the time of departure or miss the cruise, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Cruise Line

If the cruise line cancels the trip:

  • You may be entitled to a full refund or a Future Cruise Credit (FCC), depending on the cruise line’s policy.
  • We will communicate all available options as soon as they are provided to us.

Changes to Bookings

Modifications such as name changes, itinerary alterations, or rescheduling may incur fees. These will be outlined by the cruise provider and passed on at cost.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Processing/service fees
  • Excursions, upgrades, or custom add-ons booked through third parties
  • Flights, hotels, or other non-cruise travel components (unless otherwise specified)

Processing Time
